DRESS UP YOUR BABY BUMP

I have been researching some maternity fashion inspiration for this summer with a fast growing baby bump I am determined to feel and look great this second time round.

With my first pregnancy with Jacq I felt daggy, boring, and less adventurous ..he was a winter baby and it was more about comfort rather than style...and so...this pregnancy I am embracing colour in a big way, and not play it safe or deprive myself from wearing certain styles or colours because I would prefer to camouflage or blend in...No No No...I am going to be one funky chic!

And these are perfect examples....how gorgeous are these little ensembles my lovelies? LOVE IT!!

  1. You are going to look beautiful no matter what, but I think these fashions are so stylish and will help you look as trendy as possible as you sport your baby bump...you are going to be adorable with so many cute looks!

  3. I agree, you will look gorgeous in anything you wear, and I'm in the same mind frame this time around. I'm determine not to feel daggy and frumpy this time around. I just remember feeling blah when I was pregnant with Will, like nothing fit, nothing looked good etc. So I LOVE this post, lots of great inspiration.

  4. I too am determined to do it a bit more 'glam' this time round! ASOS Maternity is sooooo good! I'm at 30wks now so there's definitely no more squeezing into pre-preg clothes. I had a wardrobe clear out a few weeks back and packed all the skinny jeans away for next year. A girlfriend (who is conveniently a shopaholic!) just had here baby a few weeks ago so I have taken temporary custody of her maternity wardrobe! Summer is so much more fun to be pregnant when it comes to clothes. My little one was born in June so all my previous maternity clothes were jeans and long sleeves. Loving the maxi dresses and tunics this time round!

  5. What beautiful maternity finds! I love the butterfly print dress but #2 and #3 dress are gorgeous too, they all are. You are going to be one yummy mummy :) I agree, winter is much harder to dress for when pregnant. I found it much easier with Grace being pregnant through summer. This pregnancy, I haven't really bought any maternity clothes beside jeans, just tended to go for stretchy jersey fabrics to accomodate my bump.

  9. There are such great choices now. I'd wear those blue patterned tights, in fact lots of the outfits look very stylish for non pregnant women too :)

  10. I went shopping for a few extra pieces to fit my bump last week. Cotton On and Supre which i usually don't shop at, were my saviour. Supre have super cute striped maxi skirts which are awesome. They cover the bumps you don't like and accentuates the one you do, trust me, go try one on! I haven't wanted to splurge on clothes I will only need for another couple of months so the cheaper the better. x
